We are the Cruise Retail Academy, and thank you for taking an interest in what we have to offer. We are the leading recruitment and training platform for the cruise retail industry, working with all the main cruise retail operators in placing candidates in over 20 different job roles across 25 cruise lines.

We are working with one of the leading retail operators on a special in-person careers event in São Paulo, Brazil on the 23 & 24 October. To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to attend the event in person on these 2 days and be a Brazilian national with a valid passport.

In São Paulo, they will be interviewing for a large number of open roles across jewelry, retail sales, beauty, watches, port shopping, and store leadership.

We're looking for people with a polished, confident, and professional presence, strong English, and a genuine love of creating memorable guest experiences.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years luxury retail / cruise retail experience, and have demonstrated strong personal sales impact.

If you have a valid C1/D visa and STCW certification, this will be an advantage.

STEP ONE: RECORD A PROFILE VIDEO

Please record a short YouTube introduction video (about one minute).

Record yourself sharing the following information: describe yourself, your work experience, what makes you unique and why our partner should hire you as their next superstar.

Once your video is ready, copy the YouTube link. as you will need to add it to the application form that we ask you to complete in step 2.
