Step 1 - The Job Role
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven sales professionals to join one of the largest cruise retailers across the world as an Elite Timepiece Ambassador / Sales Spiker. In this role, you will represent leading Swiss watch brands onboard some of the world’s largest and most prestigious cruise ships. You’ll engage with international guests, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and sell luxury Swiss watch brands to cruise ship guests.
Deliver an elevated client experience through storytelling, brand expertise, and personalized service.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on both individual and team performance.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on brand training.
Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to boutique presentation.
Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with onboard teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Proven track record in high-value retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury sales.
Strong sales drive with the ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work at sea for extended periods.Passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service.

Step 2 - Requirements
Before you start an amazing adventure on the oceans and growing your career, it is important to know that getting onboard a cruise ship for the first time is a little bit complicated. As such, you need to be fully prepared for the steps you will need to take before you can start working.
It can take 3-6 months to get onboard, and for those candidates who use us to find a job onboard, we will help, guide and support you all the way until you embark safely.
Before you step onto the gangway and into your first cruise ship you will need to go through 6 main stages to get there, which we will guide you through as part of your application process with us.
Application (this part)
Interview and Assessment (with us first, then with client afterwards)
Medical - not needed to be a Sales Spiker
C1/D Visa Application - not needed to be a Sales Spiker (valid passport required)
Pre-employment HR certification including:
Police clearance certificate
STCW training - not needed to be a Sales Spiker
HR paperwork
Travel arrangements - costs will be updated in interview
